Update

Just realized I had not updated you on the goings on around here. Baby is sleeping now so I have a few minutes to write. Rebekah had her two week check up on Wednesday. They said she is doing very well. She weighed in at 7lbs 1 oz and measured a little over 20 inches. She currently is feeding about every 3-4 hours and eating as much as 4 oz. The doctor said that this was all very good and right on target for what she should be getting.

We started doing some tummy time this week, to help strengthen her neck and arm muscles. Today she cried through tummy time so I think she was just having a bad day.

Rebekah had her first outing last weekend when we took her to Aaron's aunt and uncles for the fourth of july. She got to meet her cousin Isabella who was born in May and her Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Rheanna. It was a good time and it was nice to take her out. It was also nice for me to get out of the house and just be out.
If it is not too hot this weekend, we'll take her for a walk in the stroller around the neighborhood. Aaron has been anxious to do this, but it's just been so hot lately. Next weekend we plan to take her to church so she can meet her church family. By then she'll almost be a month! Wow I can't believe that either. Where does the time go.
