First Cold
Doesn't it figure that the doctor offered Rebekah a flu shot last week and we turned him down. Yesterday she started to feel kind of icky and I could hear her nose get kind of yucky. Last night was okay, but she didn't sleep as well as she could have. I've been using the snot sucker (as I like to call it) most of the day, against her wishes. But am amazed that she will sit and play and talk like nothing is bothering her. You know you have a happy baby when they can play like normal with snot running out of both sides of the nose! YUCK! No fever thankfully. Hopefully this will be over soon and it doesnt' get worse.

Bummer about the cold! Gavin has a little one, too. He has a fever and cough with it, but he plays happily just the same. Kids don't complain like us! :-)
Don't fret about the flu shot--the flu shot won't protect them against the common cold. They're going to get those no matter what!
Sorry for any contribution we might've made to Rebekah's cold! Couldn't resist giving her a million kisses when she was here on Wednesday. Bad Grandma! Hope her recovery is fast!
