Yesterday we took Rebekah to the Oregon Coast Aquarium for her first birthday. It was also her first trip to the beach. We all had a great time. She thought sand was pretty yummy. It was like her own private buffet. It was fun to watch her explore the sand and see the ocean. We finished the day by stopping at Spirit Mountain Casino for dinner. We met up with my parents and my great aunt Vivian who was there with a friend. My great had not met Rebekah, so I was glad she was able to see her and share in her special day.
Stay tuned for the last installment of Rebekah's birthday, which will be after the weekend when we have her birthday party and she has cake for the first time.
