She talks no stop and has cute little fits that sometimes get to be a little on the annoying side when you've been hearing it for awhile. She can say words like Please and Thank you (even though they kind of come out like peas and tank eww). She is pretty good about repeating words, unless there are other people around and then not so much. She loves cookies and can say that perfectly. She says Hi and Bye to everything. At the end of bath time she waves bye bye to the water. In the car she'll wave and say either bye or hi to random people driving by or people she see's on the side of the road. Rebekah is still very into saying "what's that and who's that" at pretty much everything she sees. It's hard to know what she's asking about, especially when we are in the car. I just say house or car or tree most of the time. I hope she's not going to one day look at a house and call it a tree though. Her new words are EEEEEEE for "eat" and Pu for "puff", she's pretty good at saying her name even though it doesn't sound like it (comes out like bebe, which is similar to baby, with the exception that she can actually say baby).
Rebekah still spends one day a week with either her Nana and Papa or her Gma/Gpa Magee. It gives me time to do things around the house or run errands and not have to worry about taking her. It's a nice break and it's wonderful that she has grandparents to have fun with.
She has 12 teeth, including four molars. It looks like she is starting to get the canine teeth on the bottom. She loves to eat, especially cherrios and "cookies", is often jealous if you are eating something she is not. We are not doing bottles of milk anymore, which I'm sad about. But she still likes to cuddle sometimes and sit with me in the morning when she is have milk in her sippy cup. It just got to be too busy when we were getting ready to move to give her a bottle and warm the milk. So I just started giving it to her in the morning when she got up. That way she could drink it at her own pace. In the evening she gets it with dinner and sometimes will drink it when she's playing with her toys before bed.
I caught a couple cute pictures of her the other day. She managed to pull all of her books off the shelf while mommy was on the computer. It looks like she is going to be one of those girls who loves to read, just like her mama and nana.
