Townhouse

For all my faithful readers who do not see me on Facebook, we put in our application today for the Townhouse we saw on Tuesday in Keizer. They told us we met the 3x the rent income thing, and now we just have to wait and see if they accept us as renters. We're thankful that they accepted my unemployment benefit as income, because most places won't even look at that.

It takes 3-4 business days, so either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week we will hear back. We really don't want to look into getting an apartment and are very happy with the choice we made. A lot of places don't take pets, and we just aren't ready to give up our cat just yet. Thankfully this place has a refundable pet deposit. We like that.
