Today Rebekah went to the doctor for her 10 month check up. The doctor said she looks really good an healthy. She really hasn't gained much since the last time we were there, when she was sick a few weeks ago. Her current weight is 21 lbs 11 oz. She obviously looks healthy, so he wasn't very concerned that she has only gained an oz since the last time we visited. She is 29 inches, so there has been some growing going on. Which is great. She's growing into her rolls. :)
She has some excema spots, but he told us just to use some lotion on it and it should go away. Nothing to be concerned about. He did tell us we could start feeding Rebekah smaller pieces of food, whatever we felt comfortable with. The only thing I've really given her in that form are green beans, mashed potatoes and bananas. So it will be fun to experiment with some other foods. He also said she could have some yogurt, but to hold off on any milk or other dairy product until after she is a year. So I'll have to get some yogurt the next time I'm at the store and see how she likes it.
